What will it be like to work with you?
I try stay away from stiff poses and work on bringing out your natural emotion. I will give direction and cues, but the focus is more on the natural response verses a pose.
I honestly love getting to know my couples before the wedding. Which means I’m more of a friend coming along for the adventure, rather than a random person shoving a camera in your face (which no one loves if we’re honest!)
How much do you charge for a wedding?
The most popular wedding coverage is my 8 hour package for $3000, but I also have a 4 hour package and full coverage package. You can also add a second shooter, engagement session, and other options. Just get in touch for a full rate sheet!
How many images will we get from our wedding?
You will receive many many gorgeous images! While I can’t say a specific amount, I can guarantee you will receive a minimum of 500 images from my 8 hour package. And that’s a promise. The number of images varies above that depending on the details, the people, and the event.
When will we get our images?
Your wedding day is obviously one of the most exciting moments of your life and I want to get those images to you ASAP- so I have a 6 week guarantee on all weddings! This means you don’t have to wait more than two months for your images. Heck yeah!
How do we book you?
It’s easy peasy! Firstly, send through an email via my contact page to see if your wedding date is still available and to receive my pricing guide. If you are ready to book, then I will send you out a $500 deposit invoice and a contract to sign. I am also more than happy to catch up for a coffee and a chat anytime!
Are there any extra costs we don’t know about?
Besides a travel fee for regional weddings, there are no extra costs unless you decide to purchase an album or prints. Integrity is a huge value of mine and I don’t believe in creating hidden costs to make an extra buck. No watermarks. No Encryptions. No hidden fees. Just your gorgeous images!
What if the weather is bad?
Rain, snow, hail, or shine- I embrace it all. I love winter, and some of my best images have come from the “worst” weather! I always keep spare umbrellas on hand and also keep track of the weather to be prepared ahead of time.
We’re awkward and not used to having our photos taken!
That’s exactly what I want to hear! It might sound a bit strange to hear that from a photographer, but most of my couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera. Even the ones you think look super relaxed in my galleries!
My job as a photographer is not just to take photos, but to create an experience that is fun, comfortable, and authentic. Photography isn’t a one-size-fits-all and I make our time together unique to your personality.
How would you describe your style?
I would describe my style as photo-journalistic and unique, in the way that it reflects the raw, spontaneous, in-between moments. My focus is on capturing intimate, personal moments and how things feel.
Do you offer albums and prints?
I sure do! I am a huge advocate for prints and albums. I think there is something special about tangibly holding your most precious moments and re-living the day off of a screen. Just get in touch for a full rate sheet!
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am based in the beautiful Adelaide, South Australia, and heck yes I do travel! I am available for all regional SA weddings, interstate weddings, and international weddings.
I have lots of interstate family across Australia, so I am often traveling in my holidays and exploring my home country.
